Who will be developing and editing the photographs?
One of the things that differentiate Marc from other wedding photographers is that he has a full photo lab at his store, Pagano’s Visual Perception. Marc will shoot your wedding, do all the editing, and develop your photos personally at his shop. He controls the entire process, ensuring the highest possible quality. This is also nice if you or your guests decide you want reprints.
How will I be able to share the photos with family and friends?
All your wedding photos will be available on-line either through a custom wedding web page or our “lifepics” photo share depending on which package you choose. Either way, guests will be able to log-on and view all the photos as well as purchase their favorites. All sizes and quantities are available and images ordered on-line can be printed in color, black and white or sepia toned at no extra charge. Photos can either be picked up at the store or mailed anywhere in the world.
What format are the pictures shot in?
Unless otherwise specified Marc shoots all weddings in digital format. He has state of the art equipment and often shoots over 3,000 images for an all day wedding affair. He also has reliable back-up equipment so no special moment of your “big day” will be missed.
How does Marc’s photojournalism degree benefit us?
Marc prides himself on his ability to “tell a story” with his pictures. The unique personality of each couple always comes though in his work. He will select the photos for the couple and parents album on his own, carefully choosing the right photos to share the magic of the day. If the bride and groom prefer to collaborate with Marc he will gladly work with them in making the final selection for the albums.
What if I want a second photographer?
Marc has been in the industry for over 15 years and knows several talented colleagues. A second photographer is available for $500 (four hours of coverage) and $900 (nine hours of coverage).
We will be in multiple locations on our wedding day- getting ready, ceremony, and reception is Marc willing to travel from place to place?
Yes. Marc will go to unlimited locations within the local area on your wedding day for no extra charge. If your wedding takes place an hour or more outside the Rochester area a separate travel fee will need to be negotiated in your contract.
How much is this going to cost?
Packages start at $1,995. Less expensive options are available, schedule an appointment with Marc to customize something that works for your budget.
Do I have to sign anything?
Once you select Marc as your photographer he has a standard wedding day contact that you will sign. This guarantees his services for that day. A 50% deposit is required and the balance is due after all the services are completed.
How long will it take before I see the pictures?
Shooting the wedding is just the beginning, the real work and reason you are hiring a professional photographer is the editing process. Typically the photos are available 60 days after the date of your event.
Is Marc experienced with wedding photography?
Yes. Marc has been shooting weddings for the last ten years. He has now perfected his technique and unique style. Big or small, indoor or outdoor, summer or winter, traditional or modern- Marc has experienced it and knows what moments to capture.
What if Marc is ill and can not shoot?
Although this has never happened to date, it is certainly a valid question. In this unlikely event Marc would use one of his back up photographers. Marc would still do all the editing and development work.
