We are the only place in Rochester with both a studio and a full service lab. This means all the shooting, editing, developing, and printing is done in-house.  No outsourcing; everything is handled by Pagano’s, assuring the highest quality possible.

Professional knowledge and experience.  Owner/Photographer Marc Paganohas over 16 years experience in retail sales coupled with a degree in Photojournalism from Rochester Institute of Technology.  Prior to starting Pagano’s Visual Perception Marc worked as a freelance photographer, a photo lab manager, and technical photo service rep.

Customer Service:  Tired of dealing with a computer or a drop box?  Need advice as to what size to print a photo, or if it would look better in black and white?  When you shop at Pagano’s you can expect face to face contact with a friendly and courteous professional.

In-store services:  You can complete most of your projects, right inside our store.  We have scrapbooking tools, a customer computer where you can download, edit, etc. your digital prints.  You can even wait for them to be printed, buy your frame and mat from our huge selection, and walk out with a piece that’s ready for hanging.

Convenience:  Our store is open 6 days a week, but we are open 24 hours a day on-line.  With our Lifepics service you can download, view, share, and purchase photos just as you do with any other on-line services such as Snapfish, Kodak Gallery, etc.  The advantage of using Lifepics is that you can order on-line and get your photos sent by mail or pick them up at PVP.
